2024年9月に新たな装いでオープンした新たな愛媛の玄関口。ホームは乗り換えがしやすいように再設計され、利便性も向上。高架下の商業エリアも拡大され、施設全体が、人やモノ、文化や経験が交わる場所に生まれ変わり、愛媛がぎゅっと詰まった空間となりました。まだまだ成長過程のエリアですが、駅の周辺もどんどん開発されていく予定です。

A new gateway to Ehime opened in September 2024 with a fresh look. The platforms have been redesigned for easier transfers, enhancing convenience. The commercial area under the elevated tracks has been expanded, transforming the entire facility into a place where people, goods, culture, and experiences intertwine—a space packed with the essence of Ehime. While still in its growth phase, the area around the station is set to undergo further development.
